Partner API
White-label calls for an accepted partner.
Base URL: https://api.klockwork.org/api/public/partner
A partner key calls only these routes. Anything else under this prefix that is not implemented returns the normal route 404. Paths that fall outside /api/partner after rewrite are blocked.

The partnership must be active before the key resolves. POST /customers checks that status again and returns 403 with { "error": "Partner is not active" } when it is not.
Send Content-Type: application/json on POST requests. OPTIONS is allowed for browser preflight.
